Scandia's consultants have been assisting Northeast Health Corporation (NHC) with its internal and external Web initiatives since 2000. NHC has needed guidance in managing and maintaining its intranet, converting legacy systems into modernized Web applications and more.
We support the hospital intranet, which serves more than 3,000 nursing, clinical and administrative staff. We also delivered a custom-built Umbraco content management system (CMS) to help run the external website. (CMS Implementation, Web Application Development.)
The intranet receives traffic from the entire employee base. The CMS has about 30 content contributors, 15,000 pages, modules such as classified ads, and HR and employee-benefit tools.
